A duplex apartment of approximately 1,645 sq ft, set over the second and third floors of a small private block just off Berkeley Square.
The interior has been refurbished with bespoke design throughout, and a video tour is available for those who want to see it before stepping inside.
The second floor entrance opens onto two interconnecting reception rooms, laid in hardwood flooring, giving the principal living space room to breathe and, if wanted, to divide. A separate eat in kitchen, fully integrated, sits alongside a guest cloakroom. A staircase leads up to the top floor.
Both bedrooms are doubles, each with its own en-suite bathroom finished to the same standard as the rest of the apartment. One has a walk in shower, bathtub, and his and hers sinks. The other has a walk in shower. A utility room houses a washing machine and separate dryer, and storage has been considered properly rather than left as an afterthought. Comfort cooling, a Crestron home control system, ceiling speakers and televisions run through every room.
The apartment’s own terrace is rare for this part of Mayfair, private outdoor space attached to the property itself rather than shared or communal.
Berkeley Square sits on the doorstep, and Mayfair’s shops, bars and restaurants are within easy reach on foot. Bond Street, Green Park and Oxford Circus are all close by, giving three separate underground lines each and quick access across town from any direction
